About Tricia

With a background as a retired public school elementary teacher and administrator, Tricia has always dedicated her career to the education and well-being of children and adolescents. She has transitioned into the field of counseling as a trained EMDR therapist who supports individuals of all ages in their journey of healing — whether from trauma or other life stressors.

Tricia specializes in children, teens, and young adults, supporting them through challenges such as anxiety, depression, body image issues, aggression, withdrawal, and declining school performance. Helping children cope with the emotional impact of separation and divorce is also an important aspect of her mental health treatment.

Tricia utilizes Play Therapy for younger clients and Art Therapy for anyone interested. Open communication with parents of clients under 18 years of age is always a priority.
